Before your appointment avoid blood thinners (aspirin, NSAIDs, fish oil) for 7–10 days, alcohol and intense exercise for 24–48 hours, and discontinue topical retinoids two weeks prior. Inform us of medications, recent Botox/fillers, pregnancy, or medical conditions before booking.
We do not perform Nano Eyebrows with Ombre Shading during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to limited safety data and increased sensitivity. Please wait until after pregnancy and nursing, and consult your physician for personalized guidance and medical clearance.
Certain medications and treatments can disqualify you, including blood thinners, isotretinoin (Accutane) within the required waiting period, immunosuppressants, and recent chemotherapy or radiation. Always disclose all medications and recent procedures during consultation for safety evaluation.
We recommend waiting at least two weeks after Botox or dermal filler injections before scheduling Nano Eyebrows with Ombre Shading so injections settle and swelling subsides. If planning injections after your procedure, allow two weeks post-healing for stable pigment results.
Contraindications include pregnancy, breastfeeding, uncontrolled diabetes, autoimmune disorders, blood clotting disorders, keloid scarring tendency, active skin infections, recent chemotherapy, or recent isotretinoin use. A medical clearance may be required for certain health conditions.
Initial healing includes light redness and mild scabbing for 7–14 days; pigment appears darker then softens. Full healing and color stabilization take 4–6 weeks. Avoid heavy sweating, swimming, sun exposure, and picking. A touch-up is usually scheduled at 6–8 weeks.
